Our 2018 White Pinotage and 2017 Tempranillo is now available!

We have just released our 2018 White Pinotage and 2017 Tempranillo

The White Pinotage jumps out of the glass with floral and citrus notes on the nose with a hint of ginger and pear cider. The wine is mouth filling with ruby grapefruit, creamy pear compote, subtle floral and spice and ends with a lingering creamy, mineral aftertaste. Barrel fermented in Romanian oak and matured for eleven months with 11% new wood. The creaminess comes from our winemaking team rolling the barrels every week for 6 months! 

Only 4 barrels made! The 2017 is a full-bodied and complex. The Tempranillo was matured in a combination of American and French oak for 22 months.  Spicy marinated cherries and vanilla cream on the nose and palate. The wine has an earthy, dry finish with lingering fruit. Well balanced and potential to age for 5 – 8 years.
